Team Play Rules
Team Play runs every Sunday starting at 7:00 AM. It is an 18-hole cash game week-to-week contest. Players may play any week they desire, there’s no long-term commitment to Team Play. Players should bring a minimum of $10 cash for the game. The type of game depends on the number of golfers present.M
6 golfers: Either Solo $0.25 Skins/Greenies or Wolf (rotating partner game to be explained on match day)
6+ golfers: Standard Team Play game (point system: 1pt bogey, 2pt par, 3pt birdie, 4pt eagle, 5pt ace/albatross).
Players put $10 each into a prize pool allocated as follows: $6 for Team Play game winnings, $2 individual skins, and $0.50 each for the 4 Par 3 CTPs.
Each player earns a point handicap after 3 weeks of play. New players are given an estimated cap until they earn their own. Players are randomly drawn into teams each Sunday. Each team adds their player’s handicaps into a team total, then they must try to exceed said handicap during their round of play. The team that exceeds their cumulative handicap by the most wins Team Play for the week. The $2 individual skins are birdies or better only. Multiple birdies on the same hole will knock each other out.
